Welcome

Guaranteed Number

A guaranteed number is required 72 hours prior to events. A guaranteed number is the minimum number of guests for whom you will be charged. If you go over your guaranteed number, you will be charged accordingly. If we do not receive a guaranteed number by noon three business days prior, the estimated number given at the

time of the booking becomes the guaranteed number.

 

Note: All prices are subject to change and are firm only with confirmation of your order.

Cancellations

For cancellations made within three days, customers are responsible for all costs incurred for the event.

Event Ambiance

Tablecloths, napkins, dinner with china, executive Chafers, servers are available at additional cost for your event.

Billing and Deposits

A deposit of 50 percent of all anticipated fees and charges is due at least 60 days prior to your function, and payment in full is required three business days in advance. Billing deviation (Corporate/UCF Student Union) needs to be prearranged with the Executive Chef Kapoor. Additional charges incurred during your event are due and payable upon receipt of invoice.
