Catering

Menus: The ONLINE  menus are suggestions only. Our catering menu is limiteless. We would be happy to customize a menu to meet your needs or change up to 72 hours prior to the event. All vegetarian dishes are cooked separately! If you are interested in full service catering, please contact us for all inclusive menus.

Ordering:Orders or changes may be placed by calling GM Paul at 407.339.9996 or email. Contracts emailed must receive an “order received” confirmation reply to be considered placed.

Live cooking: We will fry appetizers, puri, tandoori items on site for groups of 100 or more as requested with additional service charges.

Guaranteed number:An estimate number of guests are required at the time of reservation. Your final guaranteed number of guests is due one week prior to event. Your guaranteed number can be increased but not lowered up to 72 hours before your event. We are prepared to serve 5% over this guaranteed number. You will be billed for your guaranteed number or number of meals actually served, whichever is greater.

Delivery/set-up:We offer delivery for FULL SERVICE Catering with buffet set up of 50 or more.Delivery charges starts at a minimum of $45. For full service set up charges will be detailed accordingly to selections. (Not limited to Executive Chafers, tablecloth, napkins, eating utensils (disposables) plates, cups, bowls or high end durable plastic dividers plate, China dishes, silverware, skirting). One Service staff is inclusive in full service catering to accommodate you. Additional staff charges $10 per hour/per staff  for full service.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for groups under 50 people require a three days notice. Events for 75 or more people require a 2 –week notice. If cancellation request are not made with in the required time, the customer is responsible for full payment of the order.
